About this app
This Privacy Policy covers the Quantal Health demonstration app distributed for evaluation (including via Apple TestFlight). The demo app runs on synthetic, pre-loaded sample data so reviewers can explore the experience. It is not intended for real patient use and does not collect, store, or transmit real patient health information.
Who we are
The Quantal Health demo app is provided by Quantal Labs, Inc. ("Quantal," "we," "us"). You can reach us about this policy at privacy@quantallabs.ai.
Information the demo app uses
Sample data: the screens, trends, and messages shown in the demo are synthetic and are bundled with the app or served from a demo environment. They do not describe any real person.
Account and access: if a demo sign-in is provided, we use the credentials only to let you into the demo. We do not ask you to enter real health information, and you should not do so.
Device and diagnostic data: like most mobile apps, we may receive basic technical information (app version, device model, operating system, and crash or performance diagnostics) to keep the demo working. Where this is collected through Apple TestFlight, it is also governed by Apple’s terms.
How we use it
We use the limited information above only to operate, secure, and improve the demonstration experience and to fix problems. We do not use it to make decisions about any real individual.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your information.
We do not use the demo app to collect real patient health information, and we do not serve advertising in it.
We do not share information with third parties except service providers that help us run the demo (for example, app distribution and crash reporting) or where the law requires it.
Data retention and security
Because the demo runs on synthetic data, there is no real patient record to retain. Technical and diagnostic data is kept only as long as needed to support the evaluation and is protected with industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls).
Children’s privacy
The demo app is intended for clinicians and reviewers and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy for the demo app. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. The production Quantal Health platform and any clinic-branded apps are governed by their own separate privacy notices and Business Associate Agreements.
